HP Helpline Tourism honours your right to request deletion of the personal information the company holds about you.

This page explains how to request deletion of information connected with website enquiries, travel enquiries, and interactions on Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.

HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION

To request deletion of your personal information, email the company at info@hphelplinetourism.com using the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

INFORMATION TO INCLUDE

When submitting your request, please provide:

• Your full name
• The mobile number or email address used to contact the company
• Your Facebook or Instagram username, if applicable
• The approximate date of your enquiry or interaction
• A brief description of the information you want deleted

IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Before processing a request, we may ask for reasonable information to verify that you are the owner of the relevant mobile number, email address or social-media account.

WHAT WE WILL DELETE

Following verification, the company will delete or anonymise personal information that is no longer required for legitimate business, legal or operational purposes. This includes enquiry records, contact information, communication records and social-media automation records controlled by HP Helpline Tourism.

Deletion applies only to records under the company's control. Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other platforms retain information in line with their own policies.

INFORMATION WE MAY RETAIN

Certain information may be retained where it is required for:

• Confirmed bookings, payments or accounting records
• Fraud prevention, dispute resolution or security

REQUEST TIMELINE

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If additional time is needed because of the complexity of a request, the company will notify you.
