Dharchula – Nabi / Gunji Village
Today marks the ascent into the spiritually charged inner Himalayas. The drive from Dharchula to Nabi or Gunji Village follows the ancient Kailash Mansarovar trade route. The road runs alongside the roaring Kali River, gradually gaining altitude and offering breathtaking views of snow-clad peaks and dramatic landscapes. Enroute, pass through charming hamlets like Chalekh, Malpa, and Budhi, each carrying stories of pilgrims and traders from centuries past. The environment becomes increasingly raw and pristine as the route enters the high Himalayan zone. On arrival at Nabi or Gunji Village, one of the last inhabited settlements near the Indo-Tibetan border, experience the warmth of local Bhotiya culture. Nabi / Gunji – Jyolingkong – Parvati Sarovar Trek – Aadi Kailash Darshan
This is the most spiritually significant day of the journey. After an early start, proceed towards Jyolingkong, the base point for Aadi Kailash. The route offers awe-inspiring views of sacred peaks such as Brahma Parvat, Vishnu Parvat, and Pandava Parvat. From Jyolingkong, begin a short but meaningful trek to Parvati Sarovar, a crystal-clear glacial lake believed to be the meditation site of Goddess Parvati. The serene surroundings and absolute silence enhance the spiritual aura of the place. From here, proceed for the divine Darshan of Aadi Kailash (Chhota Kailash), whose striking resemblance to Mount Kailash makes it one of the holiest Shaivite destinations. Spend ample time in prayer, meditation, and photography. After completing darshan, return to Nabi or Gunji Village by vehicle. Dinner and overnight stay.

Nabi / Gunji – Nabidhang – Om Parvat Darshan – Dharchula
Today features another iconic spiritual highlight of the yatra. Witnessing Om Parvat is considered extremely auspicious, and pilgrims often spend time chanting and meditating at the viewpoint. After darshan, begin the return journey towards Dharchula, retracing the scenic Himalayan route. The descent allows a different perspective of the valleys and rivers encountered earlier. Upon reaching Dharchula, relax after the fulfilling high-altitude experience. Dinner and overnight stay at Dharchula.
